Dr. Harry Hubbell Kane, M.D.[a 1], (born January 1854), died after 1900[1], from New York, USA.[2]
Circumcision promotion
In 1879, Kane "discovered" that circumcision cures nocturnal seminal emissions (i.e. wet dreams) and abdominal neuralgia.
