The late William Keith Campbell Morgan, M.D., M.R.C.P.E.' was a British-Canadian physician who migrated to North America after the formation of the National Health Service.[1] He served on the faculty of the University of Maryland, School of Medicine.

Morgan was a lung specialist, however he also had an interest in child circumcision, which he condemned.
