Professor Dena S. Davis, B.A., J.D., Ph.D., of Lehigh University is a leading bioethicist. She has taken an interest in medically-non-indicated genital cutting of children and has written about the Oregon case of Boldt v. Boldt.

Professor Davis believes:

  • Just because we can do something does not mean that we should do it.
  • Children should have a right to an open future.
