Eric Clopper v. Harvard University is a lawsuit brought by plaintiff Eric Clopper against defendant Harvard University.

The case has never been heard on its merits.

The appeal of lower court decisions has now reached the Supreme Court of the United States. The appeal alleges violation of due process of law, a Constitutional right guaranteed by the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America.

Clopper is represented by the Kane Law Firm of Los Angeles, California.
