Nocturnal emission
A nocturnal emission is an involuntary ejaculation that occurs during sleep in males after puberty.[1] Nocturnal emissions are also known as wet dreams.
Nocturnal emissions occur when the seminal vesicles become overfilled with semen due to lack of volunary discharge.
