The Sverigedemokraterna, known in English as Sweden Democrats, is a conservative Swedish political party that supports a ban on non-therapeutic circumcision of boys. The Sweden Democrats party was organized in 1988.

Jimmie Akesson is the curent leader of the Sweden Democrats.[1]

The Sweden Democrats have improved their position and are now the second largest political party with 20.5 percent of the vote. The Sweden Democrats control 73 of the 349 seats in the Riksdag.[2]
