Matthias Ehm is spokesman for the state working group "queer" of the German party Die Linke in Baden-Wuerttemberg and intactivist.
In 2020 he spoke in a video message on WWDOGA:

This is our message on the day of genital self-determination: No matter whether you are female, male, intersexual, non-binary, gender fluid or agender: The only person who should determine your genital is you!
Unfortunately, this requirement has so far been insufficiently implemented in Germany.
