The alleged medical organization Circumcision Academy of America seems to be another anonymous platform of circumfetishist Brian J. Morris from Australia.
Their website has been created on 22 March 2012 at GoDaddy.com but all WHOIS entries are completely "REDACTED FOR PRIVACY". This is almost identical to the WHOIS information of their "partner website" Circumcision Academy of Australia. It may be pure coincidence that Brian J. Morris' website Circinfo.net has also been registered at GoDaddy.com.
They claim to offer "medically based information on male circumcision" but their "Mission Statement" page alone is just a bunch of wrong, debunked and refuted statements.[1]
