Professor Dena S. Davis, BA[a 1], J.D.[a 2], Ph.D.[a 3], of Lehigh University is a leading bioethicist.[1] She has taken an interest in medically-non-indicated genital cutting of children and has written about the Oregon circumcision case of Boldt v. Boldt.
Professor Davis believes:
- Just because we can do something does not mean that we should do it.
- Children should have a right to an open future.
