Ali Utlu (born 17 October 1971) is a German ex-Muslim and intactivist who held speeches at the WWDOGA in 2015 and 2016. He was the Federal Topic Representative LGBTI (Queer) at the Pirates Party Germany. As of March 2020, he is a member of the FDP.
He is member of the Experts Circle of Circumcision Affected Ones at MOGiS e.V.
He was member of the Zentralrat der Ex-Muslime in Germany.
