Prince Hillary Maloba Sebe (* December 25, 1974 in Buguri, Uganda) derives from a forgotten royal family that is scattered across western Kenya and eastern Uganda. His ancestor kings ruled from Naivasha, Kenya to Jinja, Uganda in the 18th Century. He lives in Kampala, Uganda, and is the project director of the VMMC Experience Project.
During the MOGiS Press Conference on May 4th, 2017 in Berlin, Germany, he explained the mission of the VMMC Experience Project to the world.[1][2] He also spoke at the WWDOGA 2017 in Cologne, Germany.
