Dr. Bidair is a California-based promoter of usually unnecessary adult circumcision.[1]

Dr. Bidair has a website but the sexual effects of circumcision are not well-communicated. The surgeon most provide all material information to the patient before informed consent can be granted. There is a strong tendency for the surgeon to omit telling the patient anything about the nature and functions of the foreskin. Masood has emphasized the importance of telling men correctly[2], however this does not satisy the requirements of the legal requirements of informed consent.
