Dual tension is a method of foreskin restoration that consists in pushing the glans and pulling the skin simultaneously. This is normally achieved using a push plate (pushing the glans) and a gripping unit (pulling the penile skin). The tension can be static (set at the time of installation of the device) or dynamic (using elastics, springs or any other method).
Some devices that use dual tension are the DTR, the TLC-X, the Cat II, the Dile insert and the Foreskin natural restorer.
