The MP device is a tapeless weight. While fairly new (the manufacturer is still in the process of setting up a website), the mp has been well received among foreskin restorers in facebook groups. The device weights a little bit less than one pound, and can be installed and removed in seconds without using tape. Some restorers also use the top part without the weight as a slightly weighted retainer.
