Bud Berkeley is an intactivist writer and publisher of books and a periodical about the foreskin.

Periodical
Berkeley also started Foreskin Quarterly, which was a homosexually-oriented short-lived magazine with articles about the foreskin. The magazine commenced publication in 1984 and ended publication in 2001, during which it published 36 issues.[1]
