Zenas Baer, J.D.[a 1], Attorney at Law, has been in practice since 1980, and is licensed to practice in the federal and state courts of Minnesota and North Dakota. He has litigated many cases involving circumcision, which, since it lacks consent and is non-therapeutic, he considers assault and criminal sexual conduct.[1]
