Eugene H. Hand
Eugene H. Hand, M.D.[a 1], claimed in 1949, that circumcision would prevent cancer of the tongue and venereal disease.[1] He also reported no difference in the rate of HSV in soldiers on the basis of the circumcision status, without providing his data.[2][1]
