Eric Clopper v. Harvard University is a lawsuit brought by plaintiff Eric Clopper against defendant Harvard University. The case number is 23-1.

The case has never been heard on its merits.

The appeal of lower court decisions has now reached the Supreme Court of the United States. The appeal alleges violation of due process of law, a Constitutional right guaranteed by the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America.

Harvard University has waived its right to respond.

Three amici curiae have jointly filed a brief to the court.
