David H. Cornell, M.D.[a 1], is a urologist who does business as The Circumcision Center in Atlanta, Georgia. He specializes in adult cosmetic recircumcisions and advertises extensively on the worldwide web.
He has been sued twice recently for allegedly negligently performed adult circumcisions resulting in serious injury. The cases that were in the State Court of Fulton County, Georgia were:

- Newton v. David H. Cornell, M.D.[a 1], L.L.C. d/b/a The Circumcision Center, et al., C.A. File No. 2007ev003723b.
David J. Llewellyn, Esq. and Michael L. Neff, Esq. of Atlanta, Georgia represent Mr. Evans, and Mr. Llewellyn represents Mr. Newton.
He was interviewed by CNN in 2011:

However, he says he thinks that's likely not the case with doctors who perform them infrequently. "About a quarter of my cases are redos of men who were circumcised as adults, and they're pretty much Frankenstein-looking," he says.
