Intramuscular hematoma at buttocks as a result of a sports injury.

Penile haematoma. A haematoma, or a hematoma as it is more commonly spelled in the United States, is a blood filled swelling resulting from a break in a blood vessel.[1]

Ferhatoglu et al. (2019) reviewed 198 circumcisions at Bursa State Hospital in Turkey. The patients ranged in age from 2-months-old to 248-months-old (20-years-old). There were no neonatal circumcisions in the review. Four cases of penile haematoma were reported.[2]
