Stephen Moreton, Ph.D.[a 1], (born 15 February 1963 in Edinburgh, Scotland)[1], is a chemist who professes to specialise in sceptically examining anti-circumcision assertions. He edits and writes for www.circfacts.org.[2]
Moreton has allied himself with Brian J. Morris and John N. Krieger.
In a 2020 web debate he hypocritically accused all intactivists of spreading lies about circumcision. He mixes up and repeatedly spreads all kinds of arguments pro circumcision although they have been refuted and debunked.[3]
Moreton, for reasons which are unclear, is a promoter of male circumcision, although the evidence of the pain, trauma, and permanent loss of function is very clear.
