Kaan Göktaş is a journalist, author and intactivist from Istanbul (Turkey) who held a speech at the WWDOGA in 2015.
In 2013, he published a book in Turkish about circumcision, named "Oldu da Bitti Masallah" (Knock on wood, it was complete. ).[1]
