Ulla Barretto (born 23 June 1946) from Dortmund, Germany, and an intactivist, is the president of TABU e.V. She had lived for some time in Maungu Village (Kenya), Lamu Island and Mombasa (Kenya).
She spoke at the WWDOGA 2016 in Cologne, Germany.
Since April 2017, she is an intaktiv Ambassador.
