The sense of touch is one of the five senses.

According to Vedantu: "The sense of touch is the most used sensory tool in our body and is also the largest sensory organ of the body. Skin acts as the sense organ for touch and is spread all across our body."[1]

The sense of touch works through the somatosensory system.[2]
