| CAT II Q Restorer |
A tapeless dual tension tugger that features Constant Applied Tension to both the outer and inner foreskin.
The original thought was: effective, "self contained", light weight, no straps, affordable to everyone, with upgrades, as perceived. The original CAT device (2002) used tape.
