This video describes to genital procedures: labiaplasty, and vaginal rejuvenation, showing before and after pictures.
Labiaplasty is the reduction of the labia minora, and it matches the WHO's description for female genital mutilation. However, it is offered by plastic surgeons to consenting adult women.
Labiaplasty is also a procedure that falls within the umbrella of "female circumcision".
