Genital Integrity Awareness Week (GIAW) is considered to have become official in 2001. David protested at the US Capitol for several years beforehand.
The stopinfantcircumcision.org and doctorsopposingcircumcision.org domains were purchased by David in 1996.
David also protests with the Bloodstained Men.
