Femen (stylized in all caps; Ukrainian: Фемен) is a radical feminist activist group whose goal is to protect women's rights. The organization became internationally known for organizing controversial[1][2] topless protests against sex tourism,[3][1] religious institutions,[4] sexism, homophobia,[5] and other social, national, and international topics. Founded in Ukraine, the group is now based in France. Femen describes its ideology as being "sextremism, atheism and feminism".[6]

The organization describes itself as "fighting patriarchy in its three manifestations – sexual exploitation of women, dictatorship and religion"[7] and has stated that its goal is "sextremism serving to protect women's rights".[8] Femen activists have been regularly detained by police in response to their protests.[7]

Don't take the eye-catcher for the message.

FEMEN provokes with bare breasts in public and draws attention to itself. They demonstrate for women and their rights. But many prudish people only get triggered by seeing the breasts and not the criticism that FEMEN expresses.

In this respect, FEMEN is no different from the Bloodstained Men, who draw attention to themselves with large red bloodstains on white trousers (and skirts) in public. They demonstrate for children and their right to intact genitals. But many prudish people get triggered by the bloodstains and not the criticism that intactivists like the Bloodstained Men utter.
