Some of the statements here are a bit overblown; as [https://jewishjournal.com/community/94746/ Eli Ungar-Sargon said] (albeit over 10 years ago), "calling it a marginal phenomenon would be generous," unfortunately. Not that ''many'' Jews forego circumcision of their sons (comparatively to the overall Jewish population), but the number is indeed greater than many would expect (myself included). What we can assuredly say is that it is rapidly increasing. I'll bring the references to support that claim in the coming days.
