Aborigines are the indigenous people of Australia, who lived there for perhaps 50,000 years prior to the arrival of Europeans. The aborigines constituted about 2.8 percent of the population of Australia in 2016.[1]
The aborigines have the unusual tradition of male genital mutilation by subincision.
