There is much controversy regarding [[urination]] with a retractable [[foreskin]]. Some believe that it is harmful in some way to have [[urine]] in the [[foreskin]]. There is no scientific basis for this view. Some men with a '''long foreskin''' report that it is awkward to retract the foreskin for urination, because the '''long foreskin''' is constantly pushing forward to return to its normal position, so they do prefer to not retract their '''long foreskin''' when urinating. Either way is okay.

The [[foreskin]] was provided by nature to facilitate sexual intercourse and the manually retractable '''long foreskin''' is not different. The [[gliding action]] eases penetration of the [[vagina]]and increases pleasurable sensation.

A [[foreskin]] may be lengthened over time by the application of manual traction to cause [[tissue expansion]] by [[mitosis]]. It is a slow process. Ddication Dedication and perseverance are required.
