Abraham Ravich, M.D.[a 1], (10 June 1899 in Slonim, Poland – December 1983 in Bal Harbor, FL, USA) was a Polish-American urologist who graduated at the Columbia University in 1912.[1][2]
Allegation history
Ravich was first to report on transmissible virus in prostate cancer, cervical cancer and bladder cancer as venereal disease. He suggested circumcision of new born males to prevent such cancers.[1]
- 1942: Abraham Ravich claims that circumcision prevents prostate cancer.
- 1951: Abraham Ravich invents claims that circumcision prevents cervical cancer in women.
- 1971: Abraham Ravich claims that circumcision prevents cancer of the bladder and the rectum.
