Fiction
Haunted by memories of her long dead brother, Rebeca (Jackie Parker), a young woman living in San Francisco, embarks on a quest in which she discovers her sexual identity is a tissue of lies created by her parents and doctors. Both explores issues around intersexuality, a condition occurring in roughly one out of every 2,000 births who are "cured" without informed consent through invasive surgery and hormonal treatments.
