Peter W. Adler, J.D., M.A., J.D. from Chappaqua, USA, is a legal scholar. Adler has a B.A. from Dartmouth, a M.A. from Cambridge, and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. Adler is a professor of international law at the University of Massachusetts.[1] Adler is of counsel to Attorneys for the Rights of the Child.
At the Genital Autonomy America Symposium on July 24, 2014 in Boulder, Colorado he spoke about the question "Is the Circumcision of Children a Fraud".
