The website circinfo.net, created and maintained by circumfetishist Brian J. Morris, claims to provide An Evidence-Based Appraisal about male circumcision. It collects a huge bunch of debunked one-sided or tendentious information in favor of male circumcision. Knowing that Morris thinks circumcision should be required by law, takes all of his claims to absurdity that he only wants to convey neutral and factual information and is not interested in whether a man is circumcised or not.
