Webbed penis
Webbed penis, also known as peno-scrotal webbing, may be a congenital condition or it may be caused by removal of skin by circumcision, in which case it is an iatrogenic complication of circumcision.[1]
In this condition the skin of the scrotum is connected by a web of skin with the skin on the ventral side of the penis.[1]
The condition may be surgically corrected by a plastic procedure called scrotoplasty.[2]
