Todd Bertrang

Todd Bertrang is a man who is alleged to be interested in the modification of the female body.[1]
He is alleged by an anonymous woman, who claimed to be Canadian, to have removed the hood of her clitoris at his house in Los Angeles, California.[2]
Larratt (2005) alleges that Bertrang was falsely framed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation for committing a female genital mutilation (FGM) for which he was sentenced to five years in prison.[1]
He is said to have spent 4 and 1/2 years in prison.
