Edwin B. Baxter is a father in Washington who attempted to circumcise his own son.
Criminal charges
Edwin Baxter of Beaveton, Washington has been criminally charged with assault after attempting to circumcise his eight-year-old son with a kitchen knife.[1]
Court appearance
Baxter has been held in the Clark County jail for $50,000 bail. He pleaded not guilty at his court appearance.[2] .
