Dr. Christian Bahls is a German intactivist who spoke at the WWDOGA since 2013, being the CEO of MOGiS e.V.

Very early in the Germany 2012 Circumcision Debate he claimed, e.g. in an interview in "der Freitag": "The State must protect the weak".[1]
