Art. 15 BV (Swiss Federal Constitution) reads (highlighting in the legal text by IntactiWiki):

Federal Constitution of the Swiss Confederation
Title 2: Fundamental rights, civil rights and social goals, Chapter 1: Fundamental rights
Art. 15 - Freedom of belief and conscience[1]

  1. Freedom of belief and conscience is guaranteed.
  2. Every person has the right to freely choose their religion and their ideological beliefs and to profess them alone or in community with others.
  3. Everyone has the right to join or belong to a religious community and to follow religious instruction.
  4. No one shall be compelled to join or belong to any religious community, to perform any religious act or to follow religious instruction.

Non-binding comment from IntactiWiki:

In Switzerland, too, "every person" means everyone from their birth. However, as long as children are genitally mutilated for religious motives of their parents, the children's freedom of belief and conscience is not guaranteed.
(4) doesn't help either if you don't take human and basic rights for all people seriously.
