Art. 10 - Right to life and personal liberty[1]
- Every human being has the right to life. The death penalty is forbidden.
- Everyone has the right to personal liberty, in particular to physical and mental integrity and to freedom of movement.
- Torture and any other form of cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment are prohibited.
