Osteopathy is a system of medicine practiced in the United States that involves palpation and noninvasive manipulation of the musculoskeletal system in the diagnosis and treatment of physical dysfunction, in conjunction with other medical, surgical, pharmacological, and therapeutic procedures, aimed at restoring physical function and promoting the body's ability to heal itself. This category is for articles relating in some way to osteopathy and osteopathic physicians (DOs).[1]
