Webbed penis, also known as peno-scrotal webbing, may be a congenital condition or it may be caused by removal of skin by circumcision, in which case it is an iatrogenic complication of circumcision.
In this condition the skin of the scrotum is connected by a web of skin with the skin on the ventral side of the penis.[1]
The condition may be surgically corrected by a plastic procedure called scrotoplasty.
