Changes

* [[Canada]] has fourteen health insurance plans (HIP). One by one, the HIPs each made a decision to delete non-therapeutic [[circumcision ]] from the schedule of covered procedures. The HIP for Saskatchewan Manitoba was the last to discontinue coverage for non-therapeutic circumcision.
