Now he's claiming that we "knew" circumcision prevented HIV in the 90s. Claims we have a "plethora" of "studies" (flimsy, cooked studies all based on the same recycle data), and that we could have "received benefits" if circumcision coincided with immunization of babies. Just like in the US, aye orgy lover? What a sick, disgusting man.
