The reason for mentioning the Order of Australia was that he mentioned it on his website and a number of people on forums assumed that he was awarded it because of research or even for doing circumcisions(!!).

60 Minutes episodes

ZAMBURY PTY. LTD. (registered with the ASIC in 1988) owns the business names FREEWAY MEDICENTER, CIRCUMCISION INFORMATION AND RESEARCH CENTRE (C.I.R.C.), DOCTORS GRAND PLAZA and CIRCUMCISION AUSTRALIA.

According to LocalBuzz, the registered business address for ZAMBURY PTY. LTD. is 13 GARVARY ST HOLLAND PARK WEST Queensland 4121 Australia (there is even a Google photograph of the property at the above link), but it is unlikely that this is Russell's residential address (more likely, the address for ZAMBURY PTY. LTD.'s accountant).

LTD. was registered with the ASIC in 1993 ( https://connectonline.asic.gov.au/RegistrySearch/faces/adf.task-flow?adf.tfId=panelSearch&adf.tfDoc=/taskflows/panelSearch.xml&searchTab=search&searchText=Russell+Medical+Centre&searchType=OrgAndBusNm ).The address for "Russell Medical Centre" is 620 Kessels Road (via Benaud St) MacGregor QLD 4109 ( from the Contact page - http://www.circumcision.com.au/Contact_Us/Brisbane.aspx ).

The "Contact Us - Melbourne" page of Russell Medical Centre ( http://www.circumcision.com.au/Contact_Us/Melbourne.aspx ) includes the details "Circumwise Pty Ltd" and "Dr Sugantha Jagadeesan" with the address 537 Springvale Rd Vermont South Victoria 3133 and link to circumwise.com.au

CIRCUMWISE was registered as a business name by somebody on the 17 Aug 2004 and cancelled on 17 Aug 2007 ( https://connectonline.asic.gov.au/RegistrySearch/faces/landing/bn/SearchBnRegisters.jspx?_adf.ctrl-state=m1jym7joc_19 ). CIRCUMWISE PTY LTD was registered with the ASIC on 18 November 2004 ( https://connectonline.asic.gov.au/RegistrySearch/faces/adf.task-flow?adf.tfId=panelSearch&adf.tfDoc=/taskflows/panelSearch.xml&searchTab=search&searchText=circumwise+pty+ltd&searchType=OrgAndBusNm ).

The "contact us" page for circumwise.com.au names a Dr Dr Anilkumar Patil.

Both circumcision.com.au (Russell Medical Centre) and circumwise.com.au contain the sentences "The principal of Circumcision Australia is Dr Terry Russell OAM" and "Since starting the use of topical anaesthetic cream in 1993, the Circumcision Australia group of doctors have performed over 30,500 circumcisions using topical anaesthetic cream and the Plastic Circumcision Device" (without elaborating on the relationship between Circumcision Australia and the clinics) and list Circumcision Information & Research Centre as one of their "Industry Associations".

"Circumcision Australia" and "Circumcision Information & Research Centre" are, of course, business names owned by ZAMBURY PTY. LTD.
