Seven year old girl underwent laparoscopic appendicectomy and incidentally was found to have presence of bilateral streak gonad. Post operative: karyotyping was of XO pattern. The FISH study showed presence of Y chromatin and was advised to undergo bilateral gonadectomy. The video clip demonstrates bilateral gonadectomy being performed for the streak gonad. The 5 mm 30 degree scope and 3 mm hand instruments are used. Post operative recovery was uneventful.
