Novadien Healthcare Pty Ltd (previously known as Medical Instrument Innovations Pty Ltd) was registered with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission in 2009, and has its head office in Belmore NSW 2192.

As of January 2013, Novadien Healthcare's only product is the Circumplast (a Plastibell-like circumcision device).[1]

The circumplast was patented on 17 February 2011.[2]

The domain novadien.com was registered on 16 May 2012, by Milad Melhem the "General Manager" of Novadien.[3]

According to his LinkedIn profile, Melhem is an alumni of the University of New South Wales and the University of Sydney.[4]
