'''{{FULLPAGENAME}}''' is a website created by an anonymous [[circumcised]], middle-aged American man and [[intactivist]] with the nom de plume of "Tally", who decided to undertake [[foreskin restoration]] to undo as much [[circumcision]] injury and restore as much lost function as possible. He started his website on 20 March 2008.
Tally's website has carefully chosen information and is well-regarded. Unfortunately, it appears that Tally has not made another post to his website since 2018. The website is recommended to restoring men and [[Intactivists]] with the understanding that it has not been recently updated and may contain obsolete information.
