Councillor Tony Briffa of Australia is a human rights and GLBTIQ advocate and was the first openly intersex mayor in the world. Tony has been instrumental in the many positive GLBTIQ-related developments at Hobsons Bay and the West in recent years. Tony has lived in Altona since birth and recently travelled to New Zealand to marry Manja.
